The teaching staff at Glengarry Primary School are very experienced. The average length of teaching experience is 28 years. The staff members' vast experience has been blended with quite intensive professional development over the past five years to update teachers' skills in order to meet the needs of students in the 21st century by establishing an outcomes-based focus at the school. This professional development is on-going.
